Yes, you can modify or cancel your booking free of charge up to 48 hours before rental start. Contact us by phone or via online chat to do so.
No, early booking doesn't require any additional fees. On the contrary, early booking may qualify you for a discount.
We accept national driver's licenses from EU countries, as well as international driving permits. The license must be valid for the entire rental period.
Yes, minimum driving experience is 2 years. For premium car rentals, 3+ years of experience may be required.
No, temporary driver's licenses are not accepted.
You can pick up the car at our office at the address specified in your booking, or order delivery to your preferred location (for an additional fee).
Yes, by prior arrangement we can provide the vehicle outside business hours for an additional fee.
In case of breakdown, immediately contact our support service. We will organize vehicle towing and provide a replacement if possible. Do not attempt to repair the vehicle yourself.
We accept:
The deposit is a security hold that's placed on your card in case of vehicle damage or traffic fines. After returning the vehicle in good condition, the deposit hold will be released within 3-5 business days.
Yes, but you'll still need a credit card for the security deposit hold. The main payment can be made in cash at our office.
Contact us as early as possible to check extension availability. Extensions are possible if the vehicle isn't booked by another customer and your payment method is confirmed.
For early returns, the price difference isn't refunded unless specified in your rate plan. Some rate plans allow for recalculation with early return.

Yes, but you must notify us in advance about your planned trip and pay for additional cross-border insurance. Some countries may be restricted.
Fines received during rental are the renter's responsibility. We will notify you about any fines and deduct the amount from your deposit or invoice you.
No, all our vehicles are non-smoking. Violation will result in a cleaning fee.
