General Questions

What documents do I need to rent a car?

To rent a car you will need:

  • Valid driver's license (minimum 2 years of driving experience)
  • Passport or ID card
  • Credit card for the security deposit

What is the minimum age for renting?

Minimum age is 21 years. For premium cars - from 23 years.

How can I book a car?

Can I modify or cancel my booking?

Yes, you can modify or cancel your booking free of charge up to 48 hours before rental start. Contact us by phone or via online chat to do so.

Is there a fee for early booking?

No, early booking doesn't require any additional fees. On the contrary, early booking may qualify you for a discount.

Renter Requirements

What driver's licenses are accepted?

We accept national driver's licenses from EU countries, as well as international driving permits. The license must be valid for the entire rental period.

Is driving experience required to rent a car?

Yes, minimum driving experience is 2 years. For premium car rentals, 3+ years of experience may be required.

Can I rent a car with a temporary license?

No, temporary driver's licenses are not accepted.

Vehicle Pickup and Usage

Where can I pick up my rental car?

You can pick up the car at our office at the address specified in your booking, or order delivery to your preferred location (for an additional fee).

Can I get the car outside business hours?

Yes, by prior arrangement we can provide the vehicle outside business hours for an additional fee.

What should I do if the car breaks down during rental?

In case of breakdown, immediately contact our support service. We will organize vehicle towing and provide a replacement if possible. Do not attempt to repair the vehicle yourself.

Payment and Deposits

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept:

  • Credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro)
  • Bank transfer
  • Cash (office payments only)

Why is a deposit required and how is it returned?

The deposit is a security hold that's placed on your card in case of vehicle damage or traffic fines. After returning the vehicle in good condition, the deposit hold will be released within 3-5 business days.

Can I pay for the rental in cash?

Yes, but you'll still need a credit card for the security deposit hold. The main payment can be made in cash at our office.

Vehicle Return

What should I do if I want to extend my rental?

Contact us as early as possible to check extension availability. Extensions are possible if the vehicle isn't booked by another customer and your payment method is confirmed.

What happens if I return the car early?

For early returns, the price difference isn't refunded unless specified in your rate plan. Some rate plans allow for recalculation with early return.

What is checked when returning the car?

At return we check:

  • Exterior and interior condition
  • Fuel level
  • Presence of all documents and accessories
  • Mileage

Can I take the rental car abroad?

Yes, but you must notify us in advance about your planned trip and pay for additional cross-border insurance. Some countries may be restricted.

What should I do if I get a traffic fine during rental?

Fines received during rental are the renter's responsibility. We will notify you about any fines and deduct the amount from your deposit or invoice you.

Is smoking allowed in rental cars?

No, all our vehicles are non-smoking. Violation will result in a cleaning fee.
